Steven Seidenfaden Wensley
Senior IT Programme & Transition Manager

Steven Seidenfaden Wensley

Eighteen years running programmes other people had given up on — and since February 2026, a one-man AI software factory that has shipped 14 products. I bring an operator’s discipline to the AI transition, not a consultant’s slide deck.

Senior programme & transition manager with 18+ years leading complex IT infrastructure transformations, datacenter migrations and compliance-driven programmes across regulated industries — life science, pharma, finance, public sector and critical infrastructure. Known for taking over complex, troubled programmes and turning them into structured, delivered successes.

Danish–British, based in Copenhagen. Deep expertise in GxP-regulated environments, NIS2 / ISO 27001 and DORA, and multi-vendor governance. I design the governance structure and then deliver inside it — no handover gap between strategy and reality. PMP and PRINCE2 certified; SAFe 5.0 Agilist.

And then, in 2026, the second act: I spent five months building a one-man AI software factory — me directing a fleet of AI agents through enforced quality gates. 4,751 commits, 14 client-facing solutions, hands-on with every frontier lab’s models. Not a course certificate; a production system with public receipts. It turned out 18 years of programme discipline was exactly the operating system agentic AI was missing — and that combination is what I now bring to organisations navigating the same water.

Where I’ve delivered.

A track record built in regulated, production-critical environments — recent assignments below. Engagement detail is kept confidential; full context and references available on request.

Steven joined the project when there were lots of complications and things were not moving in the right direction. In a very short time of six weeks he was able to bring the project on track — emphasising the project planning and building the knowledge repositories and checklists that helped the whole team.
